Retrospectives

Periodic looks back at what shipped, what stalled, what was friction-heavy, and what patterns emerged. Honest — wins and fails both. Different from active (forward-looking, in-flight) and roadmap (forward-looking, planned) and log (chronological per-edit changelog).

How retrospectives are written

• Scoped to whatever observation window the wiki has visibility on (KB started 2026-04-15)
• Anchored in concrete PRs, decisions, and dated events — no vague claims
• Both wins (to celebrate / repeat) and fails (to learn from / not blame)
• Filename format: YYYY-MM.md for monthly, YYYY-Qx.md for quarterly, etc. (Date-based filenames are an exception to the Title-Case-with-spaces convention; see CLAUDE.md.)
